Every Fold pizza is made in a single kitchen that handles wheat flour, dairy and other allergens on the same surfaces and in the same oven. We cannot promise any item is free from traces of an allergen, so if you have a severe allergy please speak to us before ordering.

UK law names fourteen allergens that food businesses must tell you about. They are: celery, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphites. Where we list what an item contains, we use these names.
The quickest way is to contact the kitchen at Fold Bethnal Green before you place the order, so we can tell you exactly what is in it and what it is made alongside. There is a notes box at checkout, but please do not rely on it alone for an allergy: we want to answer you properly first.
