Short version: we do not track you. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics on this site. What we do store is the things that make ordering work, and it stays in your own browser.
These are saved by your browser, on your device. We cannot read them from anywhere else, and clearing your browser data removes them.

| A checkout in progress | Your basket while you are on the payment page, so nothing is lost coming back. |
If you sign in, your browser also holds a sign in token so you stay signed in. Staff using the kitchen dashboard hold a session for as long as that tab is open.
Loading a page means your browser fetches things from other companies, and they can see your IP address when it does. On this site that is:
